Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist to manage multi-state claims with minimal supervision. You will adjudicate and monitor claims from inception to closure, communicating with TPAs, vendors, and clients.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of multi-state workers' compensation experience, strong analytical, negotiation, and return-to-work coordination skills, and familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• 4–5 years of progressive multi-state workers’ compensation claims experience.
• Experience with complex, high-exposure, and litigated claims preferred.
• Familiarity with return-to-work programs and transitional work strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of complex workers’ compensation claims across jurisdictions.
• Evaluate reserves and settlement authority based on medical prognosis and risk.
• Provide guidance to clients to mitigate future losses and reduce indemnity costs.
• Coordinate with TPAs, defense counsel, medical providers, and injured employees.
• Mentor junior claims staff and promote best-practice procedures.
• Maintain in-office presence at Chandler, AZ location; travel as needed.
