Job summary

Enlyte in New Jersey seeks an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist to investigate and resolve complex cases. You will interact with claimants, physicians, and employers, coordinating with nurse case managers to manage treatment and return to work.

You will establish reserves, manage time-sensitive tasks, and pursue third-party recoveries while ensuring compliance with jurisdictional laws and company guidelines. A strong education or equivalent experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associates or bachelor's preferred.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word.
• Experience in Workers’ Compensation claims handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Time management and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers’ compensation claims.
• Communicate with claimants, physicians, and employers.
• Manage start-to-file, lost time, and litigated claims.
• Coordinate with nurse case manager for treatment and return to work.
• Identify third-party recovery and subrogation opportunities.
• Establish reserves and ensure timely denial or payment of benefits.
• Ensure compliance with jurisdictional statutes and company guidelines.
