Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Senior Workers' Compensation Specialist to lead the day-to-day administration of multi-state workers' compensation claims, coordinating with TPAs, carriers, and medical providers to ensure timely resolution and compliant outcomes. This role partners with HR, Safety, Operations, and legal counsel to optimize return-to-work processes and control costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, HR, Business Administration, Occupational Safety, Insurance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive workers' compensation experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-state workers' compensation claims; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of multi-state workers' compensation claims.
• Serve as primary internal contact for workers' compensation claim activity.
• Collaborate with TPAs, carriers, nurse case managers, and medical providers.
• Review claim status, reserves, action plans, and settlement recommendations.
• Coordinate investigations of workplace injuries and ensure timely reporting.
• Monitor compliance with state regulations and service expectations.
• Assist with high-exposure and litigated claims.
