Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ seeks a Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist to manage complex multi-state claims with minimal supervision. You will lead investigations, assess reserves, advise on risk mitigation and RTW programs, and coordinate with TPAs, defense counsel, medical providers, and injured workers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Risk Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of multi-state workers’ compensation claims experience, ideally in a TPA or carrier environment.
• Experience managing complex, high-exposure, and litigated claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of complex workers’ compensation claims with strategic recommendations.
• Evaluate reserve and settlement authority with advanced risk assessment.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on risk mitigation and RTW programs.
• Act as a liaison among clients, TPAs, attorneys, medical providers, and employees.
• Mentor junior claims staff and contribute to best-practice procedures.
