Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years related claims experience
• Licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a Workers Compensation claims team across varying caseloads and complexities
• Promote Best Practices and guide teams to follow GB's standards
• Drive talent by hiring and training adjusters, encouraging performance and development
• Define team goals, motivate performance, and manage workloads for optimal efficiency
• Harness Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and service quality
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional, proactive manner
• Identify coaching opportunities and position team members for development
