Gallagher Bassett is seeking a seasoned claims leader to supervise a Workers' Compensation team, delivering high-quality service across diverse caseloads for clients and carriers. Your leadership will shape performance, hiring, and professional development within a dynamic, remote-first environment.

You will guide best practices, utilize Gallagher's technology, and maintain strong client communications to ensure outcomes align with GB’s standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Claims background in Workers' Compensation.
• Two years of prior leadership experience.
• Jurisdictional experience in Southeast States.
• Licensed and/or certified for all states where claims are handled.
• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a Workers' Compensation claims team handling varied caseloads to deliver high-quality service.
• Promote GB’s Best Practices in claims handling across the team.
• Lead adjuster hiring and training to foster performance and improvement.
• Set team goals, drive performance, and manage workloads for efficiency.
• Leverage Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers.
