The role can be in-office or remote and will support adjudication of highly complex indemnity claims for clients in SC and VA, with potential overtime based on business needs.

The candidate must have at least five years’ experience, a bachelor’s degree, SC license, and strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of adjudicating workers' compensation claims.
• Five years’ experience in SC and VA jurisdictions is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; two insurance designations or four extra years may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex indemnity workers’ compensation claims.
• Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly; interview involved parties.
• Prepare reports and manage reserves to achieve best financial outcomes.
