Job summary

NK Consultancy LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Workers' Compensation to lead and grow an established book of clients across the Mid-Atlantic. This remote role includes responsibility for relationship management, expanding divisions, and cross-functional coordination with carriers, TPAs, and adjusters.

You will manage client teams, drive revenue growth, and deliver strategic account plans while tracking KPIs and coordinating with billing, operations, and nurse case managers.

Qualifications

• Account management in workers' compensation with managed care, case management, TPA, carrier.
• 6+ years of combined experience and education focused on account management, client development, or B2B sales.
• Quota attainment proven with numbers (percent to plan, revenue growth, retention).
• Experience with strategic account planning methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, Sandler).
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Data-driven approach to plan time based on activity-to-results.

Responsibilities

• Own the full account management cycle for a portfolio of strategic workers' comp clients as the lead contact.
• Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying new divisions, locations, and referral sources.
• Educate and train client teams on getting the most from field case management.
• Build and execute strategic account plans and track program KPIs, quarterly results, and annual forecasts.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with key clients, including utilization review.
• Partner with operations, implementation, billing, and nurse case managers to ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Respond to client questions, provide quotes and service agreements, and negotiate terms.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and activity goals, with all activity tracked in Salesforce.
