Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to independently manage complex Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims from assignment through resolution. Delaware/NJ experience valued. This is a fully remote position with collaboration and leadership across teams.

Candidates must have 5+ years of PA WC experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and ability to handle complex indemnity and litigated claims while communicating effectively and managing reserves.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Pennsylvania WC claims experience.
• Strong knowledge of PA WC laws and regulations.
• Experience managing complex indemnity claims.
• Experience developing claim resolution strategies.
• Delaware claims experience valued; NJ experience helps.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a PA WC caseload from assignment to resolution.
• Investigate, determine compensability, and develop handling strategies.
• Review medical documentation, coverage, and claim exposure per PA regs.
• Establish reserves based on claim developments and costs.
• Coordinate with defense counsel, medical providers, employers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain diaries, ensure timely follow-up, and manage return-to-work efforts.
