Decca Recruiting LLC is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst specializing in Workday Time Tracking. You will act as the SME for design, configuration, and optimization, partnering with Payroll, Absence Management, HR Operations, and stakeholders to ensure accurate time capture and compliant payroll.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on Workday configuration experience and can translate complex requirements into scalable solutions in a large enterprise environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years Workday functional configuration experience
• 3+ years direct Workday Time Tracking configuration
• Experience configuring Workday Time Tracking, Time Calculations, Time Entry Validations
• Experience supporting payroll-related workforce management processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Mansioni

• Lead Workday Time Tracking configuration, solution design, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with Payroll, Absence Management, HR Operations and stakeholders
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations between Workday Time Tracking, Payroll and Scheduling
