Job summary

InterDigital, Inc. in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to lead core HRIS configuration and operations within the HR Systems & Operations team.

You will own Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, and partner across Payroll, Reporting, Security, and integrations. This hands-on role requires deep Workday expertise, strong business-process judgment, and the ability to design scalable solutions, perform testing, and support production operations in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday configuration.
• Experience with Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, and related Workday modules.
• Ability to design scalable, governance-compliant Workday configurations and processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and testing capabilities for Workday changes.
• Collaboration with Payroll, Security, Reporting and HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Systems owner for Core HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Independently assess requirements and own configuration through testing and deployment.
• Configure and optimize Workday functionality, including business processes and rules.
• Support employee lifecycle events and payroll impacts.
• Provide guidance on best practices and scalable solutions.
