Decca Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst specializing in Workday Time Tracking for a 6-month contract. The role will design, configure, and optimize Workday Time Tracking to ensure accurate time capture and payroll processing, working with Payroll, Absence Management, HR Operations, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on Workday Time Tracking configuration experience and can translate complex business needs into scalable system solutions while communicating

Competenze

• 5+ years of Workday functional configuration experience.
• 3+ years with Workday Time Tracking configuration.
• Experience configuring Workday Time Tracking and related modules.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
