Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Absence and Time Tracking.
• Experience delivering data corrections, mass data changes, and governance in HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Systems owner for Core HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking in Workday.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday functionality including business processes and rules.
• Troubleshoot complex Workday issues and drive resolution with stakeholders.
