Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to partner with HR, Product Owners, IT, and stakeholders. You will analyze business needs, define requirements, configure Workday Talent Management, and support system enhancements and governance.

The role focuses on delivering reliable HR technology solutions and data‑driven insights to drive talent initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in Workday Talent Management, strong configuration and testing

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management.
• 4+ years' experience with calculated fields, Business Processes and building solutions in Workday.
• 4+ years' experience with strategic planning, delivery, and support of projects and programs.
• 3+ years' experience demonstrating problem solving, solutioning, and decision‑making skills.
• 3+ years' experience delivering tracking tools such as Jira.
• 3+ years' experience working in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR leaders, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, support solution development, and implement system enhancements.
• Understands the needs of the business and evaluates Workday and other technologies to offer solutions meeting business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system functionality through workflow optimization, automation, and enhanced use of technology capabilities.
• Support configuration, administration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of HR technology platforms, including Workday Talent Management.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration changes in Jira in partnership with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain HR technology system settings and business processes under governance/auditing guidelines to support requirements and HR policies.
• Participate in system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, testing activities, and release management processes to support deployment and adoption.
• Collaborate on development of reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide HR and leadership with workforce insights and metrics.
• Investigate system issues, perform analysis, and collaborate to support resolution and continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain system documentation and SOPs, process flows, and configuration documentation.
• Manage assigned work across multiple initiatives, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Share knowledge and provide peer support to team discussions and projects.
