Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Configuration Professional to serve as a Workday Talent & Performance expert. You will design, configure, test, and support scalable Workday solutions across HR, Talent, and Performance, aligning with governance and enterprise standards.

This remote role collaborates with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize processes and improve outcomes. The position requires 5+ years in HR tech with 3+ years of direct Workday configuration, a Bachelor’s in a related

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business administration, CS, or related field.
5+ years configuring and supporting HR tech including 3+ years hands-on Workday configuration.
Experience configuring Workday Talent & Performance: Performance, Goals, Feedback, Talent Reviews, Succession, Skills.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating to Workday solutions.
Experience configuring Workday business processes, conditions, notifications, security, and framework components.
Experience supporting testing activities: unit, SIT, UAT, production validation, with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, solution design, impact assessments and configuration activities.
Partner with IT and integration teams on design, development, testing, and implementation.
Support governance activities including release management, testing, documentation, change control, and optimization.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 3 support for complex issues.
Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements.
