Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management.
• 4+ years building Workday Business Processes and calculated fields.
• 3+ years delivering projects with Jira and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with HR leaders, Product Owners, and IT teams to guide solution development.
• Evaluate Workday and other technologies to meet business needs through research and testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality through workflow optimization.
• Configure and maintain HR technology settings, including Workday TM, under governance guidelines.
• Document business requirements, user stories, and configuration changes in Jira with stakeholders.
• Collaborate on reports, dashboards, and analytics for workforce insights and metrics.
