Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to join the IT organization. You will partner with HR leaders, Product Owners and IT teams to define requirements, configure Workday Talent Management, and support system enhancements.

The role emphasizes analytics, governance and continuous improvement, with remote work considered and quarterly travel for onsite meetings. A Bachelor's degree and substantial Workday TM/PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management.
• 4+ years configuring Workday Business Processes and calculated fields.
• 4+ years in planning, delivering and supporting projects.
• 3+ years problem solving, solutioning, and decision-making.
• 3+ years delivering Jira tracking tools.
• 3+ years collaborating in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR leaders, Product Owners, stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Evaluate Workday and other technologies to meet business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality through workflow optimization.
• Support configuration, administration, maintenance and optimization of HR technology platforms including Workday TM.
• Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and changes in Jira with stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain system settings and governance to support HR policies.
• Participate in implementations, upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Develop reports, dashboards and analytics for workforce insights and metrics.
• Investigate issues and collaborate to resolve and improve systems.
• Create and maintain system documentation and process flows.
• Manage multiple initiatives with priorities and deadlines.
