CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to partner with HR and IT to optimize Workday Talent Management, performance management, and related talent tech.

You will gather requirements, configure changes, test updates, and support analytics while driving efficiency and data quality. This full-time role offers remote work options with quarterly onsite travel, a competitive pay range, benefits, and a CVS Health bonus program.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management.
4+ years' experience with calculated fields, Business Processes and building solutions in Workday.
4+ years' experience with strategic planning, delivery, and support of projects and programs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR leaders, Product Owners, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and assist with implementation of system enhancements.
Evaluate Workday and other technologies to offer solutions meeting business needs.
Configure and maintain HR technology system settings under governance/auditing guidelines.
