Job summary

Trupanion, North America’s leading pet-insurance provider, seeks a Senior Manager of Workday Systems to govern the Workday platform across HCM, Payroll, Financial Management, Adaptive and more. You will lead a technical support team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure security, compliance and scalable integrations.

The role emphasizes governance, system integrity, and collaboration with IT, Finance, and HR to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years Workday system administration/consulting experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with vendor relationships.
• Strong governance, SOX/ITGC, and data-security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Workday liaison across IT, Finance and HR.
• Lead and develop the Workday support team and manage vendors.
• Oversee Workday tenants, security, workflows and upgrades.
• Enforce change governance, SOX/ITGC compliance, and data integrity.
• Drive efficiency, reduce risk, and optimize cross-functional processes.
• Advise on Workday capabilities and best practices for transformation.
• Integrate Workday with internal and external systems for scalability.
