Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Workday System Administrator to own HRIS configuration, security, reporting, and ongoing optimization. You will partner with HR and Information Security to deliver secure, reliable HR technology and data access for teams across the organization.

The role requires hands-on Workday expertise, strong HR knowledge, and a solution-oriented mindset to balance user experience with compliance and data protection.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Workday administration (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Security).
• Experience with role-based and user-based security groups.
• Experience in compensation rules and upgrade cycles.
• Knowledge of HR practices, reporting, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Workday HRIS administration, configuration, security, and reporting.
• Develop reports and dashboards; support users and partner with HR, Information Security, and other teams on implementations.
• Monitor Workday releases and cyclical activities; drive process improvements and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate needs into practical system changes.
