Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Workday System Administrator to own the HRIS landscape. You will configure, secure, and optimize Workday across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and more, ensuring data protection and compliant processes.

You’ll partner with HR and Security to implement enhancements and deliver actionable reports. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of Workday administration experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and ownership.
• Ability to communicate with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and optimize Workday modules and processes.
• Evaluate business needs, prioritize enhancements, and recommend solutions balancing UX, compliance, and data protection.
• Develop reports and dashboards, support users, and partner with HR, Information Security, and other teams on implementations and integrations.
• Monitor Workday releases, improve internal processes, share risks and recommendations, and stay current on best practices.
