Job summary

Trupanion, North America’s leading pet insurance provider, seeks a Senior Manager of Workday Systems to oversee the Workday platform across HCM, Payroll, Financial Management, Adaptive, and more.

The role combines hands-on support with strategic governance, ensuring system integrity, security, and seamless integrations with internal and external systems. Hybrid Seattle-based work three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 years of Workday system administration, technical consulting, or business analysis.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, Financial Management, Adaptive, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday liaison across IT, Finance, HR, and business units.
• Lead and develop the technical Workday support team and manage vendors.
• Oversee Workday tenant management, security, workflows, and upgrades for compliance and data integrity.
• Establish governance for change management and SOX/ITGC compliance.
