CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer – Workday Studio to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. You will work across payroll, benefits, HR, finance, and third‑party applications to deliver reliable data exchange and automation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts

Aufgaben

• Designing Integration Solutions: Leading the design and development of integration solutions between Workday and external systems (such as payroll, benefits, HR, finance, or third-party applications). Writing code, developing software components, and implementing complex functionalities according to project requirements.
• Workday Studio: Using Workday Studio to develop complex integrations involving multiple systems, including configuring web services (REST/SOAP), developing transformation logic, and handling data mappings.
• Pre-built Connectors: Leveraging Workday Cloud Connect and other pre-built connectors to integrate Workday with third-party applications efficiently.
• Customization: Customizing integrations to meet the unique business requirements of the organization, ensuring they align with Workday’s best practices.
• Develop Integration Workflows: Building integration workflows that trigger business processes in Workday or external systems, enabling data synchronization and automation.
• Workday Extend: Developing and Configuring Workday Extend Apps and Workday Orchestration.
• Implementation and Deployment: Integrating various software components or systems, ensuring seamless communication and interoperability between different parts of the digital solution.
• Deploy Integration Solutions: Overseeing the deployment of integration solutions into production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Data Migration: Assisting with data migration efforts, ensuring that legacy data is accurately transferred to Workday and integrating with external systems where needed.
• Workday Version Updates: Ensuring that integrations are updated to remain compatible with Workday’s quarterly releases and applying changes to address new functionality or version updates.
• Participating in Agile: Attending meetings, contributing to project planning, and helping drive the progress and success of digital projects.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborating with other members of the development team and stakeholders to make high-level architectural decisions, proposing design patterns, and ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of digital solutions.
• Working with Business Analysts and Functional Teams: Collaborating closely with functional teams (HR, finance, IT, etc.) and business analysts to understand integration requirements and align the solutions with business needs.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicating effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues related to integrations.
• External Vendor Coordination: Working with third‑party vendors or service providers to manage external integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange and error‑free processing.
• Production Support: Helping with ongoing support and monitoring of all integrations, managing inbound and outbound issues, and leading incident resolution processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Staying current on emerging Workday features, updates, and trends to ensure that all integrations follow best practices and are optimized for efficiency and scalability.
• Workday Release Management: Staying up‑to‑date with new releases and features in Workday, assessing the impact on existing integrations and planning necessary updates.
• Document Integration Workflows: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including system designs, architecture diagrams, code documentation, etc.
• Training and Support: Guiding and mentoring developers, analysts, and other technical staff on the integration tools and processes.
• Foster Collaboration: Building strong relationships across teams to facilitate collaboration and ensuring integration efforts align with broader organizational objectives.
