Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI.
• 5+ years partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years resolving complex Workday integration issues with strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM processes, and alerts.

Aufgaben

• Design integration solutions between Workday and external systems such as payroll, HR, or finance.
• Use Workday Studio to develop complex integrations with multiple systems and data mappings.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and other pre-built connectors for efficient integrations.
• Customize integrations to meet business requirements and apply Workday best practices.
• Build integration workflows triggering business processes in Workday or external systems.
• Develop and configure Workday Extend Apps and Workday Orchestration.
• Oversee deployment of integration solutions and ensure minimal downtime.
• Assist with data migration and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and plan necessary updates.
• Document workflows and provide training and support to team members.
