Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer – Workday Studio to design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in Workday’s integration tools, methodologies and best practices to ensure data flows smoothly and accurately between Workday and other enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years resolving complex Workday integration issues with strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM processes, and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday integration solutions with external systems.
• Use Workday Studio to build multi-system integrations with REST/SOAP.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and pre-built connectors.
• Develop and configure Workday Extend Apps and Orchestration.
• Oversee deployment of integrations to production with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, IT and analysts to align requirements.
