Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer – Workday Studio to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. You will lead complex integration work, implement using Workday Studio, and coordinate with payroll, HR, finance, and other stakeholders.

You will work on pre-built connectors, custom workflows, and Workday Extend/Orchestration projects while ensuring security, reliability, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building Workday Integrations with Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI and related tools.
• 5+ years partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years resolving complex Workday integration issues.
• 5+ years of Experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API.
• 1+ year of Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year of Experience with Workday security, Core HCM processes, and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions between Workday and external systems.
• Use Workday Studio to create complex integrations with REST/SOAP and data mappings.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and pre-built connectors for efficient integrations.
• Customize integrations to align with Workday best practices.
• Build integration workflows triggering business processes in Workday or external systems.
• Develop and configure Workday Extend Apps and Orchestration.
• Oversee deployment of integrations into production with minimal downtime.
• Assist with data migration and ensure accurate data transfer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and analysts to align requirements.
• Provide production support and incident resolution for integrations.
