Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, deploy and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems.

The role requires deep expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, and connectors, with responsibilities spanning design, implementation, data mapping, testing, production support and ongoing optimization to ensure reliable data flows and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools
• 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts

Responsibilities

• Designing Integration Solutions between Workday and external systems.
• Workday Studio development for complex integrations.
• Using Workday Cloud Connect and other pre-built connectors.
• Customizing integrations to meet business requirements.
• Develop integration workflows triggering business processes.
• Developing and configuring Workday Extend Apps and Workday Orchestration.
• Overseeing deployment of integration solutions to production environments.
• Data migration support and ensuring compatibility with external systems.
• Keeping integrations up-to-date with Workday releases and version changes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Producing technical documentation and sharing knowledge with team members.
• Providing production support and incident resolution.
• Staying current on Workday features and trends to optimize integrations.
• Workday Release Management and impact assessment.
