Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer - Workday Studio to design, build, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. You will work across payroll, benefits, HR, finance, and third‑party apps, ensuring accurate data flows and robust integration design.

You will leverage Workday Studio, REST/SOAP services, and pre-built connectors to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions while aligning with Workday best practices and quarterly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years building Workday integrations with Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and related tools.
• 5+ years partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 1+ year experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions between Workday and external systems.
• Use Workday Studio to build complex integrations across multiple systems.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and other connectors for efficient integrations.
• Customize integrations to meet business requirements and best practices.
• Develop integration workflows triggering business processes in Workday or external systems.
• Oversee deployment of integration solutions to production environments.
• Provide production support and incident resolution for integrations.
• Keep up-to-date with Workday releases and feature changes.
