Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. You will leverage Workday Studio, EIB and pre-built connectors to deliver reliable data flows, mappings, and orchestration.

The role requires deep expertise in Workday integration tools, continuous improvement, and collaboration with HR, IT and finance teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building Workday integrations with Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and PECI.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years resolving complex integration issues using strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM processes, and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday integration solutions between Workday and external systems.
• Use Workday Studio to build complex integrations and handle data mappings.
• Leverage pre-built connectors to integrate with third-party applications.
• Customize integrations to meet business requirements and best practices.
• Develop integration workflows to trigger business processes in Workday or external systems.
• Develop and configure Workday Extend Apps and Orchestration.
• Oversee deployment of integrations into production with minimal downtime.
• Assist with data migration and ensure compatibility with external systems.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and update integrations accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, analysts, and stakeholders.
