Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Workday Integration Developer – Workday Studio to design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. You will lead complex integration projects, using Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and PECI to ensure data flows are accurate and reliable.

The role requires 5+ years building Workday integrations, strong stakeholder collaboration, and experience with SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, and Import APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Designing Integration Solutions: Lead design/development of integrations between Workday and external systems.
• Workday Studio: Develop complex integrations and data mappings using Workday Studio.
• Pre-built Connectors: Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and other connectors.
• Customization: Tailor integrations to meet business needs and Workday best practices.
• Develop Integration Workflows: Build workflows triggering business processes across systems.
• Workday Extend: Develop and configure Workday Extend apps and Orchestration.
• Implementation and Deployment: Integrate components ensuring production readiness.
• Deploy Integration Solutions: Manage production deployments with minimal downtime.
• Data Migration: Assist data migration and legacy data integration.
• Workday Version Updates: Keep integrations updated with Workday releases.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in Agile and cross-functional meetings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with HR, IT, finance stakeholders.
