Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems. You will use Workday Studio, EIB, and connectors to build scalable solutions while ensuring data integrity and alignment with best practices.

Responsibilities include developing workflows, deploying to production, handling data migrations, and staying current with Workday releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions between Workday and external systems.
• Use Workday Studio to build complex multi-system integrations.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and pre-built connectors for efficient integration.
• Customize integrations to meet business requirements and best practices.
• Develop integration workflows triggering business processes in Workday or external systems.
• Configure Workday Extend Apps and Workday Orchestration.
• Oversee deployment of integration solutions to production environments.
• Assist with data migration and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Stay updated with Workday releases and apply changes as needed.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Provide production support and incident resolution for integrations.
• Mentor developers and foster cross-team collaboration.
