Qualifications

• 12+ years in HRIS or HR technology, enterprise applications, or digital transformation.
• 5+ years in Workday solution architecture.
• Global, multi-country Workday HCM implementations, transformations or migrations.
• Experience migrating from SAP SuccessFactors (preferred).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, Performance, Reporting.
• Extensive experience in enterprise integration architecture with Workday tools, middleware, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating HR platforms with payroll, time and attendance, recruiting, onboarding.
• Data migration, data quality, historical data conversion, archival, retention strategies.
• Security, privacy, regulatory compliance, validated-system requirements (21 CFR Part 11 where applicable).
• Business case development, TCO analysis, and presenting to senior executives.
• Vendor and SI management and cross-functional stakeholder facilitation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Current-State Assessment of the existing HRIS landscape and integrations.
• Fit-Gap Analysis against Workday HCM modules and standardization opportunities.
• Develop future-state architecture options and define integration patterns.
• Define target integration architecture using Workday tools, middleware, APIs.
• Assess impact of migration on payroll, time and attendance, recruiting, onboarding, Learning.
• Define migration strategy for employee data, cleansing, archival, validation.
• Assess security, privacy, and regulatory compliance including validated-system needs.
• Develop business cases and five-year total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses.
