You will partner with HR stakeholders to streamline processes, troubleshoot advanced issues, document solutions, and mentor junior colleagues while driving continuous improvement across HR systems.

Qualifications

• This role requires 4-5+ years of relevant HRIS Architect experience or 6-8+ years for Senior HRIS Architect, with strong Workday expertise.
• Candidates should translate business requirements into technical Workday solutions and support implementations, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, support, and enhance Workday HRIS solutions across HR areas such as architecture, configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve processes and user experience, troubleshoot complex issues, document solutions, and mentor teammates.
