Kforce's client in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Workday Integration Architect to own a complex Workday integration environment and drive development across HR technology. This hands-on role will manage ~40 inbound/outbound integrations, partnering with HRIT, Data Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance.

You will design, build, test, deploy, and troubleshoot integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, web services, and APIs, and support Extend, Orchestrate, and Prism Analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
• Strong experience building integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Experience supporting integrations through full lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Workday integrations and their connections to other HR and enterprise systems.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own, maintain, and enhance approximately 40 inbound and outbound Workday integrations.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and troubleshoot integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, web services, and APIs.
• Support the development of new Workday Extend use cases.
• Leverage Workday Orchestrate for integration and automation initiatives.
• Partner with HRIT, Data Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and other teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Support integrations involving Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and production issues.
• Utilize SQL and data-transformation methods to support integration and reporting needs.
• Support Workday Prism Analytics initiatives, including data ingestion and transformation.
• Assist with reporting, system enhancements, testing, release management, configuration, and automation.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure integrations meet security, data integrity, and compliance requirements.
