Raymond James is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Workday reporting and analytics, directing a small team across HR data reporting operations. You’ll own governance, quality, and continuous improvement of Workday reports, partnering with HR COEs and IT to translate needs into scalable solutions.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, strong operational discipline, and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to stakeholders. Remote-friendly with hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with Workday reporting.
• Strong governance, data quality and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication of complex HR reporting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations of Workday reporting including intake, prioritization and maintenance.
• Lead a team of 2–3 contributors for reporting and content governance.
• Develop and maintain metadata standards and lifecycle controls for reports.
