Job summary
Raymond James is seeking a Senior Manager, Transformation & People Insights to lead advanced analytics and AI-enabled transformation across HR People Analytics. The role turns complex workforce data into actionable insights through scalable analytics, executive-ready visualizations, and BI products outside of Workday.
The ideal candidate combines Workday data expertise with SQL, Python, statistical methods and responsible AI practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or data-related field required.
- Advanced degree is preferred.
- 10 to 15 years of general analytics/data experience required.
- 3 to 6 years of people leadership experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead advanced analytics and AI-enabled transformation initiatives within People Analytics.
- Own visualization standards and dashboards for clear business narratives.
- Build dashboards and insight products outside of Workday using BI tools.
- Manage one analytics contributor.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Apply advanced analytics methods to evaluate workforce trends and outcomes.
- Ensure trusted data, clear definitions, and appropriate privacy safeguards.
