Responsibilities

Lead advanced analytics and AI-enabled transformation within People Analytics.
Own visualization standards and dashboards outside Workday.
Design, build and deliver dashboards and insight products.
Manage one analytics contributor and mentor the team.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on workforce questions.
Translate findings into practical recommendations for leaders.
