Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Manager, Global HR Reporting to drive HR analytics and reporting strategies in collaboration with HR leaders and IT. You will lead a global team and partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, standardize reporting, and deliver impactful insights that support talent and organizational goals.

You will oversee Workday data, develop dashboards, and guide data-driven decision-making while ensuring privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading Reporting & Analytics initiatives.
• 2+ years Workday reporting experience.
• Experience building complex communication plans across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing global initiatives and navigating ambiguity/re-prioritization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Sysco's HR strategy roadmap for reporting and analytics in partnership with HR Leaders and IT functional leaders.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess business requirements and optimize HR reporting standardization.
• Develop workforce insights and dashboards to deliver actionable business insights.
• Oversee intake and processing of HR data requests, focusing on data quality and timeliness.
• Oversee the collection and analysis of HR data from Workday for reporting.
