Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; significant experience in data reporting, analytics, or BI in HR or similar function.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of Workday reporting, including report intake and prioritization.
• Lead and manage a team of 2–3 contributors responsible for reporting, analytics support, and governance.
• Establish nomenclature, metadata standards, naming conventions, and lifecycle controls for reports.
• Govern and administer reporting content within People Analytics Marketplace/Hub.
• Build, test, maintain, and optimize advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
• Lead QA activities for new and existing reporting solutions and provide production monitoring.
