Job summary

Cabot Corporation is seeking a Senior Workday Reporting Analyst to design, build, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics that support data-driven decision-making across HR and the wider business. This role will partner with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, Digital, and other areas to translate reporting needs into scalable solutions and will report to the Head of HRIS.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
• Strong analytical capability, and understanding of Workday data structures, calculated fields, security, and business processes.
• Workday Reporting (Pro or Partner Certified) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards.
• Create and maintain calculated fields, prompts, filters, and report definitions.
• Partner with HR, Digital, Finance, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs.
