Job summary

Cabot Corporation is seeking a Senior Workday Reporting Analyst to design, build, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics that support data-driven decision-making across HR and the wider business. The role partners with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, Digital, and other areas to translate reporting needs into scalable, accurate solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience, strong analytical capability, and knowledge

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
Strong analytical capability and understanding of Workday data structures and security.
Experience translating requirements into clear reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with HR, Digital, Finance and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Support Workday releases, update reports, and maintain governance and documentation.
