Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting HRIS, Analytics, HR, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and maintaining Workday reports.
• Extensive Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and multiple production use cases.
• 2+ years developing custom Workday reports using Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, and Advanced Excel.
• Strong expertise with Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Custom Reports, and Calculated Fields.
• Experience with Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and BIRT reporting.
• Understanding of Workday processes, data structures, and reporting architecture.
• Experience optimizing report performance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Custom).
• Develop and maintain Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and BIRT reports.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly reporting and analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain calculated fields, prompts, and reporting logic to support needs.
• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and governance.
