Job summary

Cabot Corporation is seeking a Senior Workday Reporting Analyst to design, build, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics that support data‑driven decision‑making across HR and the business. You will partner with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, Digital, and more, reporting to the Head of HRIS.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of Workday reporting experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of Workday data structures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands‑on Workday reporting experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Strong experience with Workday report types, calculated fields, prompts, filters, data sources, and dashboards.
• Understanding of Workday security relates to data sources and calc fields.
• Experience translating business requirements into clear, maintainable reporting solutions and communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience handling confidential HR data and understanding HR data governance and SOX/audit controls.
• Experience in multinational organizations, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards.
• Create calculated fields, prompts, filters, and hubs to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Digital, Finance, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Support Workday releases by testing impacts and updating reports and docs.
• Maintain reporting governance and provide end‑user training and guides.
• Handle confidential HR data with discretion per company policies.
