Job summary

Cabot Corporation is seeking a Senior Workday Reporting Analyst to design, build, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards that support HR and business decision-making. You will partner with HR, Finance, Digital, and other stakeholders to translate needs into scalable reporting solutions and report to the Head of HRIS.

The role is based at a Cabot location (Billerica, MA or Alpharetta, GA) with a hybrid work arrangement (Mon/Fri remote; Tue-Thu in office).

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
• Strong analytical capability with understanding of Workday data structures and security.
• Experience with HCM/Learning/Recruiting/Compensation is desirable; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Digital and other stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Ensure reports are secure, scalable, and aligned with governance and audit requirements.
• Provide training and end-user support with documentation and guides.
• Support Workday releases and maintain reporting governance.
