Job summary

The Planet Group seeks a Principal Workday HCM Analyst for a 6-month contract role. This senior, hands-on specialist will configure, optimize, and support Workday HCM across the HR spectrum in a fast-moving environment.

Hybrid onsite three days per week in Bedford, MA, with a focus on delivering scalable Workday solutions, EIBs, reporting, security, and process improvements while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience with deep Workday HCM expertise.
• Experience configuring, administering, and supporting Workday in a complex environment.
• Strong reporting capabilities and security configuration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior hands-on Workday HCM expert and escalation point for complex issues.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain Workday HCM functionality.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Configure and optimize Workday Business Processes and security.
• Build, test, and execute EIBs supporting mass data changes.
• Develop complex Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Perform data audits and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and stakeholders on requirements.
