Job summary

UST is looking for a Workday Senior Certified Compensation Consultant – Lead II to lead implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment of the Workday Recruiting solution. You will work closely with clients to meet their specific needs, gathering business requirements and configuring the Workday system.

Responsibilities include mentoring new consultants, managing project timelines, and delivering exceptional customer service. The position is remote in the US and offers a competitive compensation range of $94,000–$141,000.

Qualifications

• 2‑4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience.
• Current Workday Partner HCM and/or Recruiting certification is required.
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in the Workday HCM suite with a focus on Recruiting.
• Lead deployment teams and assist in testing the Workday solution.
• Mentor new consultants and resolve complex tasks.
