Job summary

Workday is seeking a Recruiting, Talent and Learning Enterprise Applications Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of Workday’s Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions. You will work with internal customers to understand requirements, help configure and test the Workday solution, and provide day-to-day system support.

The role requires strong IT implementation experience, knowledge of Workday Recruiting/Talent and Learning, and proven project management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in IT implementation, software consulting, or customer support.
• 3+ years implementing or supporting Workday Recruiting, Talent and Learning products.
• 5+ years of project management experience.

• Support the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Workday’s Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions internally at the company.
