Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to optimize HRIS processes and maintain Workday as the system of record for personnel data. You will configure modules, collaborate with HR and IT, and deliver data-driven insights to improve workforce management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Workday PRO Certification or 7+ years in at least two Workday modules.
• Expert knowledge of HCM, Recruiting/Onboarding, Security, and US Payroll.
• Strong analytical skills and data reporting capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and continuous improvement of all assigned Workday modules.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to optimize system functionality and integration.
• Develop, test, and deploy Workday processes with stakeholder input.
• Proactively resolve system issues and drive process enhancements.
• Deliver high-quality configurations and data reporting for decision making.
• Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across HR processes.
