Job summary

Allstate seeks a Lead Digital Product Manager (Sr Manager) to drive product strategy and delivery across the Workday ecosystem. You will manage a team of product managers focused on Core HR, compensation, time and attendance, talent management, recruiting, and onboarding.

Deep Workday knowledge and internal end-user experience are essential. Lead the product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle for Allstate’s Workday portfolio, balancing stakeholder requests with long-term platform impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product strategy and roadmap for Workday or another large-scale enterprise SaaS platform.
• Strong judgment on prioritization and enterprise value.
• Experience partnering with engineering and evaluating internal or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ten+ years of relevant product management or HR tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Workday products.
• Manage and develop a team of product managers across Core HR, compensation, time and attendance, talent management, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Evaluate requests based on employee impact, business value, effort, risk, dependencies, and priorities.
• Determine use of existing Workday capabilities vs. internal development or vendor options.
• Collaborate with engineering to build internal capabilities including AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop clear roadmaps showing timelines and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Lead discovery, testing, and learning to validate concepts and inform investments.
• Coordinate features and backlogs across Workday and internal products.
