Cityblock Health is seeking a Senior Manager, People Technology & Operations to own the Workday-centric ecosystem and evolve the People tech roadmap. You will execute with a hands-on mindset, automating manual tasks and responsibly integrating AI across People operations.

Leading the People Technology & Operations team, you’ll partner with People leadership, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to optimize, secure, and scale employee-life-cycle tools while driving data governance and

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Workday configuration, module selection/expansion, and integrations.
5+ years in a leadership role managing HRIS, People Operations, or HR Shared Services teams.
Experience leading HR technology projects, system implementations, and process improvements.
Familiarity with AI/automation tools applied to HR tech.
Strong understanding of HR business processes, data management, and privacy.

Responsibilities

Own Workday administration and configuration, including module optimization, security groups, and release management.
Lead evaluation and implementation of new People tech modules and third-party integrations.
Oversee data integrity, integration, and flow across Workday and connected People systems.
Manage People Operations function, set processes, procedures, and SLAs.
Drive automation of manual workflows to reduce administrative burden.
